is in production and will be available soon at the offices of the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership.

TWO-WAY TRAFFIC ON SIXTH STREET is now a reality between Cherry and Main streets.  The final section between Cherry and

Marshall will be completed at a later date.  Other downtown streets to be made 2-way in the future include Fifth between Broad and

Summit and from Liberty to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard; and Third between Cherry and Liberty.

ONE PARK VISTA, the luxury condominium project on Fourth Street between Cherry and Trade, continues its construction phase.

Currently the concrete structure is being poured with the “topping out” of the building anticipated around the first of November.  Sales of

the 33 units are in progress with a target completion date of June, 2008.  Prices begin in the high $200,000’s.  Call Leonard Ryden Burr

 Real Estate at 779-9200.

OFFICE VACANCY in Downtown has continued its healthy trend of dropping significantly since January 2005 to its current level of 22.1%

according to the recent survey released by Michael Clapp and Associates of Winston-Salem.
